Step to replicate issue: 1) Go to dev: https://affiliates-dev.allizom.org 2) Register on homepage 3) Get link in email 4) Click on link 5) No matter what you fill out in the form, it returns you to the update profile on save without any error message. A few notes: * The username suggestions should be working here * Should we be asking the user for a new password right after registering with a new password on the homapage?
