One month is required to remove an obsolete article from the unhelpful article list. Don't show obsolete articles in the unhelpful article list soon after they have been marked as obsolete.
The best place to filter obsolete articles might be in kitsune/dashboards/readouts.py:UnhelpfulReadout._format_row().
since :MikkCZ found the code and function sounds like a great good-first-bug!
