Steps to reproduce:
Tried to use Bookmarks, none appear, tried sync, no Bookmarks. Tried to restore bookmarks, got "unable to process" error.
Actual results:
No Bookmarks appear
Expected results:
Bookmarks should appear

Bookmarks show up ok in Mozilla, other SeaMonkey installations.

All this ocurred immediately after upgrade to 2.2.3 from 2.2.2 . 2.2.2 was fine...

Is your other profile data also missing? e.g. passwords, history, mail accounts, cookies?
