Here's a bug report from the webmaster email address I just installed Firefox; the installation and startup were easy and fast. My big disappointment is your website page "welcome to Firefox". Actually, the page is not a disappointment but rather the content. When I started viewing the first video I saw it did not have captions and thus it was of little benefit to me. I am among millions of hard of hearing/deaf people who use the internet. A number of companies have started to add optional captions to their videos and I was hoping that as a supposedly enlightened group, Mozilla would have captions on at least their most popular videos. I would be most appreciative if you can raise this issue with the people in a position to do something about adding optional captions.
Here is a new complaint from the webmaster email: Now that out of the way when you have a video explain the new version you are leaving one main thing out, CLOSED CAPTIONING to those of use that are either deaf or very hard of hearing. I cannot hear one damn thing said but I can READ if ONLY YOU WOULD INCLUDE CLOSED CAPTIONING EXPLAING WHAT THE NEW VERSION IS ALL ABOUT. The video from the "Get Started" link is what he speaking of.

Here is a new request regarding captioning from the webmaster email: Could you please put captioning on all video clips, YouTube, etc. that FireFox put for their customers to look? Captioning is necessary to make your website accessible for some of your customers are deaf, hard of hearing, or deafblind.
Changing Component to mozilla.org due to website changes. Recent email sent to Mozilla webmaster: What? no quality captioning on your home page video? We think there is sound? Mega millions of deaf, deafened and people with hearing loss, plus so many others, we need captioning please. www.ccacaptioning.org; ccac is the place to be for captioning advocacy; all CCAC content online is copyright by the CCAC 2012.

We only have a few videos on www.mozilla.org. The videos on https://www.youtube.com/user/firefoxchannel apparently have subtitles. Closing this as WONTFIX.
