MBO not letting me change my email addr a 2nd time

User Agent: Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6.8; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
Steps to reproduce:
Visited https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=account when logged in.
Actual results:
The "Confirmed email address:" field is not edit-able.
Expected results:
Would like The "Confirmed email address:" field to be edit-and-save-able so I can change my email address. (Note I just recently changed my email addr within last day or two, and want to change it again; is there some limit on frequency of email-addr changes? I can sign up to not changing my email addr again for sometime if I'm able to change it again... so sorry for the trouble this go-around...)

You can only change your email address once every 3 days based on how Bugzilla is written. Is there something I can change it to differently this time?
