steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=firebug&sort=updated&cat=all
2. Check if add-ons are listed by descending order of 'Updated Date'.


actual behavior:
The Add-on 'Firebomb' with an updated date of August 10, 2011 is listed above add-ons which were updated much later.

Also, the add-on has no new versions added. Some property was edited for that add-on on August 10, 2011 and if I remember right, that shouldn't be considered as an update.

This is fixed in ES but we not ready to ship and I'd like for this bug to NOT show up in prod.
We have ES live now.
