When the autofill dialogs appear like the "Select User" it's impossible to see if the dialog is a result from some Mozilla feature or from some javscript executed on the users webpage. Just throwing a dialog that says "Select User" is ont very good.

That's true for nearly every dialog the browser puts up. For example http authentication, cookie warning dialog, insecure site dialog, etc. Is it really a good idea to make this distinction or would the distinction just add to the user's confusion?
