686012 - deuxdrop-planning mailing list on mail.mozilla.org does not appear to be generating pipermail archives as configured

Bug 673165 created the deuxdrop-planning list.  I have had it configured to generate archives ever since the beginning.  Namely, on the archives configuration page:

Archive messages?: Yes
Is archive file source for public or private archival?: public
How often should a new archive volume be started?: monthly

However, when I go to:
https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/deuxdrop-planning/

it says "No messages have been posted to this list yet, so the archives are currently empty. You can get more information about this list."  I had assumed when first setting up the list that there was a cron job that had not fired yet, and neglected to check again later.

It does not appear to be a URL issue (like the link is wrong), because the tb-planning list seems to work and be up-to-date:

We do have a working mirror at:
http://groups.google.com/group/deuxdrop-planning

But since the point of choosing a mozilla-hosted mailing list was to be able to get mbox archives of the list, we would very much like that to work too.
