686638 - changing the custom date range is not updated in the graph

Description

Steps:
--------
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/
2. Click on Custom
3. Enter start and end dates: 
ex: start date = 07/01/2011 and end date = 08/01/2011
4. Click on Update
Note: URL :https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/#start=20110701&end=20110801
Graph is displayed from 07/01/2011 - 07/31/2011
5. Now change Start date = 06/01/2011 and keep end data as it is
6. Click on Update

Expected: Graph is redrawn with new selected date range

Actual: There is no change seen in the graph but the url changes with new date range

Also changing the "grouped by" to day/month/year does not change the page with new parameters
