686643 - issues with "Previous" and "Next" pagination links in downloads stats page

Steps:
-------
1)Load https://addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/downloads/
compare to: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/statistics/addon/1865

Issue noticed: "Previous" link is highlighted while at page#1 and clicking on it spiral starts rotating for ever

2)Reload Load https://addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/downloads/
3)Click on "Next" button continuously in new stats page

Issue noticed: even after 10 pages, clicking on "Next" keeps on bringing up stats pages

1.Check "Previous" link

Result: "Previous" link is Disabled : Fixed

2.Click on "Next" button continuously

Result: clicking on "Next" keeps on bringing up stats pages

Hi Wil Clouser,

This bug addresses two issues and noticed one issue is fixed while the other is still seen. pls find the details:

issue#1: Previous button: Fixed 
ie, while at page#1, the button is disabled as expected

issue#2: Next button: Not fixed

- Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/downloads/?last=90
- Click on "Next" continuously

Result: Clicking on Next button keeps on bringing up stats ie crossing 90 days selection

Pls update is this expected behavior with "Next" button since in a idea that stats would be showing for last 90 days in CSV table
