Update to PasteDeploy? Bad build attached, James is having the same issue and I've verified it's happening in both clean server-reg and server-full.

It appears to be a bug in Virtualenv 1.6.4 and or Distribute 0.6.19, not sure what yet -- looking In the meantime, it only happens at the first run, the second call will work.

I am going to mark this as fixed and verified. With the latest pull from HG, I am not having any more issues.
