1) Visit https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/register and try to register by following the steps

Actual Result:
2) User is not able toe register and is presented with an error message.

Dave, do you know which bug is related to this 403 error we're getting. I could swear we already had a bug on this.

This is intermittent and needs investigation.

Next steps: Look at the logs, tracebacks, etc.
This works now; it was a CSRF issue. Marking as fixed.
