When users want a plugin, they search for it by name or use PFS to install it. No one browses for plugins just have them without a purpose.

Please remove the Plugins page and redirect requests to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

Please remove links to it from the header.
Target Milestone: --- → Q4 2011
Filed bug 692162 for the redirect. We can just let the code die with PHP.

The AMO plugin page is still accessible from a Google search like http://www.google.com/search?q=Windows+Media+Player+Flash+Java+site%3Aaddons.mozilla.org or directly with https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/browse/type:7. (the final point is important).
