when editing one of the existing helper application entries, after clicking ok
(with or without making changes), the entry is then deleted entirely. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
either highlight an existing helper app entry, or create a new one
for testing purposes. select "edit." click "ok" to dismiss the edit dialog, and
watch as said helper app dissapears.

Actual Results:  helper app entry deleted

Expected Results:  helper app entry should be updated
Looks like a duplicate of bug 68105...
sounds like it --doesn't look like pchen checked in his fix yet...
