STR:
1. Load testcase.
2. Zoom in with Ctrl +
ACTUAL RESULTS: Left circle is cropped as you zoom in (cropped to its original 200x200 square region)
EXPECTED RESULTS: No cropping.
NOTE: The left circle is an <svg:image> pointing at SVG content.
The right circle is an <svg:image> pointing at PNG.

It sure works now so if that didn't fix it something else did!
