68712 - menulist width changes when caret moved

Steps:
1 Launch composer
2 Type some text on one line (make it BODY style, selecting from pull-down )
3 Type some text on another line (make it PARAGRAPH style)
4 Now click with mouse on the text which is styled BODY type
5 Click with mouse over text which is styled PARAGRAPH style.

Observe that the 'paragraph format'pull-down changes width thereby appearing to 
move the formatting toolbar to the right slightly.

expected: Combobox width should be large enough to accomodate the largest item 
and should not change width

actually it's not a combo-box , it's a menulist.  I included another xul file to
show this happening.

You must have mac, classic skin to see this width changing.

Choose the longest entry in the menulist and you will see the width of the
menulist change by 1 character width...

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
