User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2 Build ID: 2011090700 Steps to reproduce: Routine running of firefox; version 6.0.2; firefox for openSUSE linux; openSUSE 11.4. Actual results: Drop down menus not working properly. When mouse is put on an item in main toolbar, menus display but disappear when you move curse to try to select an option. On bookmarks toolbar the dropdown menus do not active at all as they shoud and do not dropdown/display at all; e.g., Mozilla Firefox toolbar entry. On a link within a page the right click dropdown menus do not appear at all. This is very annoying. Only solution is a restart of firefox. I can't tell what initiates this behavior but it appears to start in normal use of firefox for some reason. Firefox appears to always start with dropdown menus available and this behavior initiates during operation. Tom Kosvic Expected results: Dropdown menus should work as previously.
If you run firefox at safe mode (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode) or with a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles) can you reproduce this bug?
tomkoz, please try Firefox Safe Mode as suggested above and let us know if that solves the problem. Thanks.

Thanks for the advise re: use of safe mode. I have not yet had the chance to try that suggestion. Will get to it asap. Thanks again, Tom Kosvic
