User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2 Build ID: 20110902133214 Steps to reproduce: I opened a pdf file, then I clicked on bookmarks at the top (where file, edit, view, etc. is). I tried to scroll down my list of bookmarks. Actual results: I tried to scroll down my list of bookmarks while the pdf was open, but instead of the bookmarks list scrolling, the pdf scrolled. Expected results: Instead of the pdf scrolling while the bookmarks list was open, the bookmarks should have scrolled.

WFM - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110918 Firefox/9.0a1 ID:20110918030911 and Acrobat 9 What version of PDF viewer are you running? Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
Adobe Acrobat 10.1.1.33 Yes. Yes, but not really sure. Don't have enough bookmarks to start with, but when my mouse is over the bookmarks list the pdf sitll scrolls.
How are you scrolling? Are you using the mouse wheel?
Yes, I am using the scroll wheel. Silly me for not mentioning that. I'm also using a Logitech MX Revolution with SetPoint 6.30 (latest as of now I believe)
Then this is a dupe of Bug 601344 (and a few others) which is a duplicate of bug 273456
