Steps to reproduce:
Step 1. goto
http://www.google.de/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CDwQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.sonybiz.net%2F&rct=j&q=sonybiz%20supportcenter&ei=8GF4TszyGcnDswbPhZnGCw&usg=AFQjCNFbMYC8_w3kgTVocmfeXE-2lkw9ew&cad=rja
Step 2. Search by model... one of more than 1000 broducts.. for example "PMW350" clik on search.
Step 3. click on model "PMW-350"
Step 4. on Parts Finder: again click on Model "PMW-350"
Step 5. Please create one Sony Account it for free...
Step 6. Select on Category "Exploded Views"
Step 7. Select one Module... for example "Handle section"
Step 8. click on PDF "view diagram"
Actual results:
error message.. one new window with this message
"The system cannot find the file specified."
Expected results:
The PDF should be displayed.
All the user need at the moment, unfortunately, visit this page with Internet Explorer.

I could not reproduce this issue on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20110928 Firefox/10.0a1
Reporter, please can you confirm whether this issue is still reproducible when you start Firefox in safe mode or with a clean profile?http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

Hello Simona,
i have try it in safe an normal mode. I ask Sony Professional Europe...
They say to me. "Yes we know this problem. But this is not one bug of the site....
Please use Internet Explorer..."
Please help me and more than 10000 TV-stations and Production Companys world wide.

Unfortunately we never diagnosed this at the time it was filed and much has changed since then - additionally, the original site no longer exists as far as I can tell. If it is still an issue in the latest Firefox, please feel free to re-open and update us on the status.
