Jason, do you have a copy of the file with editable text? I don't need it for the design/template, but I would need it if you'd like me to actually markup the content in this PSD file. Otherwise, I can just build out this layout/design with some placeholder latin text.

Here's the HMLT-ified version of the newsletter. I've run it through the 'inbox inspector' in MailChimp and it looks good in the key mail clients. As usually, some of the system links (unsubscribe, view as web page, etc.) are empty links in this template.
