If a user decides to delete a product, he can't until he has deleted all the supporting objects (Cycles, Runs, Suites and Cases). Since this is pretty cumbersome, we should provide a way on the platform to cascade deletes all the way down. This should be supported at the Product as well as the Cycle level. If a user deletes a Cycle, they will delete associated test runs. However, deleting a cycle should NOT delete test Suites or Cases.

Vadim Kisen added a comment in Pivotal Tracker: I'm not sure it's OK to allow all the work ever done being wiped out, just because someone decided to delete a Product. It seems like a feature no software would allow. I think, we need more discussions on this topic...
