We should remove the parts of the "Can't find what you're looking for" article footer that aren't working or aren't objectively valuable. We should discuss which parts are valuable and worth keeping.
Can we tag these links for 1-2 weeks to track the amount of clicks of each category of the module? I'm trying to find this information in WebTrends but it's extremely complicated (not to say impossible) to identify this module/block as source. We should validate that these links are actually used.

Crystal, do you remember what the decision was here? Kill the block as a whole, cut part of it?
The block addresses users who didn't find the info they were looking for. Since it's unlikely that users will scroll to the bottom unless the article *is* useful, it's unlikely they will ever see this info. The recommendation is to remove the whole block.
