Steps to reproduce:
- Load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=550627 (testcase from bug 676443)
- Tap on the "Move 10px to the right every 50ms" (top button)

After a while, when the green block has moved to the right edge of the window, I get to see checkerboarding at the bottom.

I get a regression range for this between 2011-08-25 and 2011-08-26:
http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?startdate=2011-08-25+04%3A00%3A00&enddate=2011-08-26+09%3A00%3A00

I assume this is a regression of bug
