The notification bar does not remain on the screen more than a few seconds and this behavior is present on Fx 3.6.22 and also Fx 3.6.20

This is part of Litmus testcase id=9730

STR:
1.Go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-trap.html
2.Click on "ignore warning" on the warning page.
3.Click on all the elements of the red notification bar: a) Get me out of here! button b) This isn't a web forgery c) The x button

Actual results:
The notification bar is displayed only for 1-2 seconds and after that the "It's a trap page" is loaded.

Expected results:
The notification bar should remain on the screen letting you chose the appropriate option.
