about:memory vertical slider position wrong after reload

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open about:memory in new Tab.
2. Press End.
3. Press Ctrl-R. (reload)
4. Press Home.


Actual results:

4. Vertical slider indicates wrong position. (it is not in top position)


Expected results:

4. Slider is the top position.
OS: Other → Linux
Hardware: Other → x86_64
Confirming with Linux 32-bit and Windows as well.
