68820 - Modifying Page Title and Properties dialog does not trigger Save

using the build from 2/13:
1. open a new document in composer
2. enter some text
3. click the Save icon, and when prompted enter a title, file name and location
 -- the Save icon should be disabled
4. select Format|Page Title and Properties
 -- the dialog box will be displayed, the title that was entered in step 3
should be there.
5. enter the author information and the description information and/or the title
6. select OK

expected results: upon the closing of the dialog, the Save option should be enabled.

actual results: Save is not enabled

other comments: with existing documents that already have titles, sometimes when
a change is made in the dialog, the Save is enabled, other times it is not. The
above steps are reproducible everytime.
