Atul created this demo that uses DOM storage to pass info between tabs - http://labs.toolness.com/temp/tab-challenge.html
It works in nightly on my phone but doesn't work in nightly on the Samsung tablet.

Hmm, it's quite possible that my tab challenge is just buggy, too :)
Maybe I should file a bug to get me one of these tablets.
