688285 - Your Web: Create Snippet that will ask question and submit to the campaign website

We would like to create an HTML Snippet to use on about:home that asks the same question that the "Your Web" campaign. The snippet will include graphic on the left, a single form field, and a submit button. If a user types in the field and clicks submit, it will get an GET on the homepage of "Your Web", which will then we used to populate the question on the campaign website.

The user will then have to answer the rest of the fields on the campaign website and submit to actual post to the visualization. It can be done technical with other methods, but this is the general concept. I've tested it with a basic GET in an about:home snippet and I was able to get it to work without any errors.
