Now that we have membase moving into place, we can use it more heavily to cut down on the number of mysql reads by storing recent changesets into membase. Details are at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Services/Sync/Server/SyncChangesets Should obviously be an optional add-on.

I'm going to close this out, it's neat idea but given the shape of things in New Sync I can't see us ever getting around to revisiting it.
