In the oauthorizer repo, data/content/loading.html defines the page which is shown as we perform a XHR to the oauth service (ie, before we actually show the real login dialog from the service. In most cases it will only be shown for a very short time, but in some cases when twitter is slow I've seen it up for over 5 seconds.
It is pretty simple at the moment and could do with some stlying love. Note that this file can be loaded in your browser directly from the file-system to make things easier.
