steps to reproduce:
NOTE: Make sure you have set up third party refund token for your PayPal account.
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/mobile-vronlvdvy-add-on266/payments
2. Try to enroll into Marketplace

expected behavior:
Enrolling into Marketplace is successful.

actual behavior:
Enrollment fails at https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/mobile-vronlvdvy-add-on266/payments/1 with incorrect error message- 'No PayPal third party refund token set up'.
Target Milestone: --- → 6.2.6
This was cleaned up last week when I got it ready for the demo but can't remember the bug numbers.

I still cannot set up MP since I get the error: "The PayPal third-party refund token on your account is invalid."

I think this is a PayPal problem. Tokens in the -dev database return different values from paypal ranging for good to different Paypal errors.
I've just put in a fake known good token for that account. Not sure why some of the tokens are failing yet.

I just got through this with no problem. Wonder if those tokens are before the sandbox switch. Could you retry please?
