68842 - Only left clicks should toggle toolbar grippies

Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Double right click (instead of single because of a recent event handling 
regression) on a toolbar grippy.

Result: the toolbar is collapsed/shown; this should only happen on left click.

Double right-clicks also expand/collapse folders in manage bookmarks.  Should I 
file a separate bug for that?

I just checked and right-clicks are all screwed up for bookmark folders. I'll be filing a bug any
moment now.

mass-verifying claudius' Fixed bugs which haven't changed since 2001.12.31.

if you think this particular bug is not fixed, please make sure of the following
before reopening:

a. retest with a *recent* trunk build.
b. query bugzilla to see if there's an existing, open bug (new, reopened,
assigned) that covers your issue.
c. if this does need to be reopened, make sure there are specific steps to
reproduce (unless already provided and up-to-date).
