Description

Build ID: trunk (tip)

Tree columns should only change appearance when :hover:active if they're
sortable. This probably requires xpfe work from Ben or I to add a sortable
attribute.

This will require pouring through every tree in mozilla and marking the treecell
headers as sortable or not. Wheeee!

What about the "flag" column in MailNews? 4.x had :active feedback.
