today's mac stub installer 2001021408 steps to replicate: make sure you have multiple profiles aready so that the apps launches into profile manager 1) launch the app 2) before picking any profile, immediately choose "exit" from the dialog. 3) browser crashes. and 1 out of 3 times freezes mac alltogether.

Andrew, Is this happening on a recent build? I cannot reproduce on 2/21 or 2/22 builds
