68868 - crash trying to get stock quotes from the home page

build id :  2001021409 on mac

Was using today's commercial trunk build on mac.  I wanted check the quotes on
couple of stocks.  In the side base entered the symbol. The first stock quote is
displayed fine.  Try with the second one.  Crashes.  
I tried this again and it crashed the second time too while checking a quote for
the second time.  I think this could be reproducible.  
I will attach the call stack as soon as I get it.
