2. Login and click on "Profile"

Actual Results:
Photo does not show

I think there may be 2 issues here:
1) the replication lag issue may cause images to appear to be missing, and
2) some images fail silently on upload (see attachment 562053 [details])

I should add; re-encode to PNG worked fine

Wait, is the issue that we don't handle TIFFs or that we don't tell people that they've uploaded a TIFF?
