I have used a firefox bookmark for more than a year to access my credit card account via chaseonline.chase.com. Yesterday's attempt brought up an overlay window with the Chase logo asking for all my personal data, passwords, card codes, SS#, etc. It looked suspicious so I signed off and phoned Chase. Chase tech support said it is not from them Said it is a virus and I should run a full system scan. I did so using Trend Security. After scan, the problem was still there. I then used Internet Explorer to access my chase account and bad screen did not appear. Thinking the bug was in my Firefox software, I did a complete uninstall and downloaded a new copy of Firefox. Tried to access Chase and bad screen still appears. How can I remove this bad screen wheb I use Firefox?

i'm sorry but bugzilla is not for support.
Your issue is very likely malware that targets Firefox and not a bug in Firefox.
Please contact http://support.mozilla.com if you need help. There is a Support Forum where you can ask questions.
