Details

Hi,

Thunderbird runs compatibility bumps regularly just like Firefox, and it's problematic that we can't see arbitrary validation results ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/lightning/validation-result/68848 ) for example, nor can we alter the versions of add-ons if they get bumped due to a bug(which has happened twice now) etc.

So I'd like to request:
a) permission to alter add-ons such that we can fix compatibility versions and
b) whatever permission(s) would let us see the validation results

It's also worth noting that there are no existing Thunderbird team people who have any of this sort of access, so this would fill an important need to have some control over Thunderbird add-ons that we don't have atm.
How are you running bulk validations right now without admin permissions?

I think my account already has some admin permissions (I've been running the validations), I think I got them when the UI was introduced for adding new versions to AMO.

I have no idea what level of access I currently have, I know I can't do a or b as sancus mentions in comment 0.

It would be useful if both of us can add versions, run compatibility, see validation results per extension and fix extensions.
Right, we have both have limited permissions right now, just insufficient ones to do things right(IMO).
You should have some more permissions now. Please don't use them to do anything except as listed in this bug -- if you need to do anything else please ask Jorge.
