Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the mail search window.
2. Trigger bug 68894 to make a row in the tree selected (not necessary for
reproducing this bug, but necessary for seeing this bug, at least until bug
68893 is fixed).

Result: the tree containing "subject", "contains", and the textbox is focused.

3. Click the "subject" drop-down in the mail search window.
4. Shift-tab.

Result: the tree is focused again.

Expected result: the tree shouldn't be focusable, since it holds other
controls. Clicking in an empty area of the tree should act like clicking in an
empty are of the window (focus stays where it is).

Attached patch Another simple fix (obsolete) — Splinter Review
Here's a patch for this bug. This fix will make us skip the tree when tabbing
through focusable widgets (as if it didn't exist). When you click in an empty
part of the tree, it will highlight the currently selected row - try this in
any tree in Mozilla, this is the default behavior.

Another simple fix

This patch causes some weird focus bug, so it's not good.
