688966 - (Tasks-view_problems) "Tasks in View" doesn't work at all since 1.0 (Lightning, Sunbird)

Description

User Agent: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create any new Task
2) Go to "View" menu and tick "Tasks in View"
3) Check calendar


Actual results:

There's no view of task in defined day.


Expected results:

There should be view of task in defined day.

(Tested with Lightning 1.0b5 and Sunbird 1.0b1 with new clear installation and new profile)

Works fine for me. Please ensure that the tasks have a valid start date and due date assigned. Without that information the task cannot be displayed in the calendar view.

I found that it displays only if i set "Due Date".
But start date should be enough to display!

I found one another problem with displaying of Tasks in LIGHTNING:

If you create new task with "Due Date" in "Today Pane" then it will display in Today Pane and in Calendar Tab of Thunderbird.

BUT

If you create new Task in Calendar Tab then it will display only in Calendar Tab.

Bug 711684 was marked as WORKSFORME based on your feedback. Marking this bug as INVALID, because Lightning shows the expected behaviour (only tasks with start and due date are shown).
