User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2
Build ID: 20110902133214

Steps to reproduce:

General browsing - happens on normal pages webmail nothing really special about any of the pages that it happens on.

Happened once while filling in this bug.

Actual results:

Total freeze - nothing responds to clicks. THe whole browser is frozen.

CPU pegged at 100% but as I have a Athlon X4 processor (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit - AsRock N68C-S UCC MBoard) it doesn't effect other windows and apps.

Tried in safe mode and with a new profile too but same thing happens.

Expected results:

Browser window should be responsive and clicks should be handled without freezing.

Only started doing this when I got a pc with this motherboard...

Can you try to disable the flash plugin in tools/addons/plugins and try it again ?
Actually since making that stack trace it hasn't happened since! 7.0.1 seems to be ok too.

Wasn't going to say anything just in case it went all pearshaped again but does seem to be stable at the moment!
I will mark this bug report wfm. Please reopen this report if you get hit the issue again in the next few weeks.
