We were having our A*team meeting in PB&J today at 10AM. Things went well for the first ten minutes then suddenly the entire vidyo setup in the PB&J room turned off. We rebooted the system (using the off/on) button on the wall. But, we couldn't get back. The virtual room was still existing, and we were able to log into that from the phone system, but the entire set of things in the pb&j room seem to now be permanently offline.

Looks like the Vidyo unit is out of service. I have called for a technician to come and take a look. Will keep posted.
Technicians came out to troubleshoot the Vidyo unit. Unit was not getting network connectivity due to possible bad wiring. Recrimped the CAT-5 cable and unit was back to working state.
Vidyo unit went out again this morning. Have called for a technician to come out and replace the box.
Technician is scheduled to come out early on Thursday morning.
Avidex technician has removed the Vidyo unit for manufacturer RMA. Waiting for the replacement unit to be shipped and then installed by Avidex.
Replacement unit is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
Technician is coming in today at 4pm to replace the bad unit. If not finished by then, he is coming in tomorrow Friday Oct. 7th at 8am to finish.
PBnJ's Vidyo is up and running now. Main unit has been replaced. Closing ticket.
