User Agent: Steps to reproduce: 1. Having one (blank) tab enter Panorama. 2. Leave Panorama. 3. Open new tab. 4. Close new tab. 4. Enter Panorama. Actual results: 2. New tab fills its tab group. 4. New tab fills only one quarter of the tab group. Tab group cannot be resized such that tab fills tab group. Expected results: 4. New tab fills its tab group.
