Details

When opening /vouch by itself, you get a blank page instead of an error message. We should probably redirect to a 403 when no specific parameters are specified.
I don't know if this is related, but when passing a wrong profile hash to the URL as a vouched user, you also get a blank page.

Add middleware to prevent empty 40x responses
