689360 - OGG stream cannot resume when switching to fullscreen

Possibly related to bug 689106.

Whenever I attempt to play an OGG stream in fullscreen mode it indefinitely buffers the stream. Exiting fullscreen mode resumes playback.

1) Go to http://cubicvr.org/CubicVR.js/bd3/track3.php
2) Wait for the stream to buffer and start playing
3) Right click, select FULLSCREEN
4) Wait a bit then move the mouse
5) Press ESC key to exit fullscreen mode

Result:
Buffering throbber overlay displays whenever moving the mouse but the video never starts playing when in fullscreen mode. Pressing ESC will resume playback in NORMAL mode.
