In repackage.tasks.rebuild there are two locations where pingback is hit with a data dictionary. The data dictionary is incomplete (in the first instance in the file it's sending back secret, result, and msg - it says nothing of the file it was actually repacking). AMO requires these fields in the pingback: result msg location secret request (see amo.views.builder_pingback for the code)
