FreeBSD 4.1 XFree86 3.3.6 Mozilla 20010212xx Not checked on any other OS yet.
When I scroll up and down with the arrow keys on this URL (and others), I see
the layout shift left and right 1 line at certain positions on the screen (see
attachment). Needless to say, this looks really bad when it's in the middle of
a line of characters. Also note the vertical blue bar on the right - it appears
and disappears, and almost certainly related or the cause.
The blue bar is #000066, the body bgcolor. It appears to be this column entry:
<td width="10" bgcolor="#ffffff"><img src="/graphics/t.gif" width="10"
height="200"></td>
but it's hard to read the html. Note that #000066 only appears in the <body>
tag; nowhere else on the page. t.gif is (of course) a 1x1 transparent gif.

Updated incorrect URL
ns4.7 does not show a vertical bar there, so probably the fact that it shows up
at all is a layout bug.

I cannot get this defect to show itself in the current build, but I do not have
FreeBSD at my disposal. Also, comparing the attached GIF, it looks like the
content has changed (probably changes daily). I know Chris made some changes
that fixed some sub-pixel alignment problems in tables, so maybe that is the reason?
Not sure, but marking WORKSFORME. Randell, if you are still seeing this, please
reopen. Thanks!
