Steps to reproduce:

Opened the page http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/phishing-protection/# and then clicked to expand <i>How do I use the Phishing and Malware Protection features?</i>


Actual results:

The steps are listed as 
> <snip> Go to Tools > Options… > Security.


Expected results:

Depending on the OS and Firefox version used the option may well have been moved and be accessible from the new Firefox Button instead.

Possibly a better method would be to add suitable wording and a link to the SUMO KB article :

As background information note KB articles have selectors on them, they default to show info relating to the OS type & Firefox version in use, (or the setting recorded in cookies).
