Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox browser to any site that has a long page.
2. File > Page Setup > Scale 70%
3. Print


Actual results:

When printing any page from the web, the setting is only retained for the first page. Multiple page documents revert to 100% and are cropped off the page.


Expected results:

Scaling should be retained for complete document instead of only the first page.
