We should have a user-friendly 403 page for something like this: https://mozillians.allizom.org/media/ and all URLs under that.
Accessing /media directly should only happen if a user is poking around directories, and the 403 page is served directly by Apache (the /media folder isn't served by Django). I don't think we need pretty error pages for things regular users should/will never see unless they're idly poking around. Many other Mozilla sites use the built-in 403 Forbidden page (Support, Input, etc.)
